Turkey Gravy (grain-free and gluten-free)

Equipment

  • saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups Turkey drippings cooking liquid from the turkey
  • ¼ cup Garbanzo flour
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Option: garlic and onion

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat warm the turkey drippings to hot.
  • In a small fry pan add butter, garbanzo flour, salt, and pepper until starts to brown creating a rue. Add rue little by little to the hot liquid thickening the liquid to desired thickness. Let come to a boil; remove from burner. Enjoy the savory flavors.
