- 1 cup strawberries cleaned
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup xylitol or green stevia
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 strawberries for garnish per serving
Topping:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cream cheese or yogurt cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup xylitol or sweeten to taste
